I want to tell you a story. One day I fell off my pony and hurt myself , it hurt like hell. But in reality there was no pony and I did not hurt myself obviously! Okay, here is the thing this is what we do all the time, worry about things that is not there.
1. What am I going to be in 5 years?
Who cares? You shouldn't too. Sure there is ambitions, hopes and dreams but getting stressed about that is doing nothing except maybe shortening 5 years of your life due to excessive stress. Do you really want that?

2. What do people think of me?
Not many but some people go an extra mile to make your day bad. And you are allowed to feel bad! You are allowed to get affected its only natural. Whats worst then feeling bad? Feeling bad for feeling bad? There is this constant guilt for not doing what all the inspirational quotes tell you to do.
3. Social Media : You can't run away from your problems.
But. You can delete them.

4. About your past
This is a big one. This comes with baggage, a pool of mental side effects like anxiety and depression. Basically lets say you went to a roller coaster ride with a stomach full of smoothie. You did not puke but that unsettling feeling is there through out the day. Do you really want to go the rest of your life feeling sick?
